END OF ISO 22301:2019 TRANSITION PERIOD UNTILL 30/04/2023
The transition period for ISO 22301:2012 to ISO 22301:2019 was extended due to the COVID-19 situation and it is being announced that the final date of the transition is on 30/04/2023.
Accredited certificates according to ISO 22301:2012 are not valid after the end of transition period.
Certified companies should be aware to make all the necessary adjustments in time and note that certificate renewals should be made before the expiry date. Organizations certified to the 2012 version must transition to the 2019 revision by 31/10/2022 after this date the certificates will cease to be valid.
The Main differences between ISO 22301:2012 & ISO 22301:2019 are meant to introduce greater flexibility, pragmatism in order to achieve better results. TheRequirements have been clarified for better understanding.
