World Earth Day is celebrated annually on 22 of April, this year we solemnize virtually the 50th anniversary of this day. Earth Day came into existence after the environment began to face multiple challenges, it was founded on April 22, 1970, with the goal to make people conscious about mankind’s role in protecting our natural world.
Scientists and environmental activists are coming together for this event. Today it is observed as the planet’s largest civic event and aims to raise awareness of the most pressing issues like climate change and global warning that threatens our lives and future generations. Usually it is celebrated taking outdoor activities, today the action is taken online.

This year’s theme is Climate Action, the tremendous challenge and the great potential it is aiming to raise hope and optimism and action.
