Every year, World Health Day is commemorated, and it focuses on major public health issues that affect all individuals around the world. This day aims to raise awareness about people’s general health and well-being around the world, with a focus on a priority area.
The theme for #worldhealthday2022 is “Our planet, our health”.
The global health agency stated “On World Health Day 2022, #WHO will focus global attention on urgent actions needed to keep humans and the planet healthy and foster a movement to create societies focused on well-being,”.
According to the World Health Organization, more than 13 million people die each year due to preventable environmental causes around the world. WHO’s Our Planet, Our Health campaign will encourage governments and the general public to share tales about how they are protecting the environment and their health, as well as prioritizing well-being societies.
