World Day for Safety and Health at Work Day is held annually on the 28th of April worldwide. This day was declared by the International Labor Organization and it’s a fundamental part of the Global Strategy on Occupational Safety and Health and this year we will explore the topic of participation and social dialogue in creating a positive safety and health culture.
The theme set for this year’s World Day for Safety and Health at Work is ‘Act together to build a positive safety and health culture’. This theme focuses on encouraging workplaces to foster a strong work health and safety culture where everyone contributes to a safe and healthy work environment.
This day we are aiming to raise awareness and intend to focus the international attention on how we can establish a safety and health culture.
